What is the AI budget?
Sentigen runs dozens of background AI pipelines on your behalf — extracting meeting intelligence, enriching contacts, drafting briefings, and more. The daily and monthly budgets cap the total AI compute cost so you are never surprised. Beta workspaces have unlimited AI during the early-access period.
Can I use my own AI API keys?
Yes. Enterprise customers and Ora Premium subscribers can supply their own Anthropic or Google API keys to run Sentigen against their own accounts. Contact us for details.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your emails, meetings, and documents are never used to train AI models. Anthropic and Google process your data as sub-processors under strict data processing agreements. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of sub-processors.
What happens when I delete my workspace?
Deletion enters a 30-day grace period. All your data — emails, meetings, contacts, documents — is fully purged after the grace period. You can restore any time before it expires.
