Before You Begin
Sentigen requires minimal setup. Here's what to have ready.
- A Google account- required for Gmail + Calendar integration, which is the foundation of Sentigen's intelligence layer
- 15 minutes for initial setup - workspace creation, Gmail OAuth, and first contact with your AI assistant
- Optional: Slack workspace - connect after Gmail for team message intelligence and cross-channel entity resolution
- Optional: WhatsApp or Telegram - if you run significant business conversations on either, adding them dramatically improves relationship intelligence
The Onboarding Experience
Sentigen uses a voice-guided onboarding to get you set up and learn your preferences from the start.
Create Your Workspace
Sign up at sentigen.app and name your workspace. Your workspace is the container for all integrations, contacts, meetings, and intelligence. Teams share a workspace; solo operators use a single personal workspace.
Connect Gmail & Calendar
Authorize Gmail and Google Calendar via OAuth. Sentigen requests read access to your email history and calendar events. No messages are stored in raw form - only structured intelligence extracted from them.
Auto-sync begins immediately. Your most recent 90 days of email are processed first, then the system works backward through older history in the background.
Meet Your AI
Sentigen's voice-guided AI assistant introduces itself and walks you through setting your preferences - how you like to be addressed, which contacts matter most, what kinds of intelligence you want surfaced first.
The voice conversation takes 3-5 minutes and seeds the system with enough preference data to personalize your Vibe Feed from day one.
Watch Intelligence Build
Within minutes of connecting, entities are detected, email threads are analyzed, and the first contact profiles appear in your CRM. Relationship health scores, communication patterns, and recent sentiment are calculated automatically.
You don't need to do anything. Open the CRM 10 minutes after setup and you'll already have a populated contact list with intelligence scores.

Connect Your Primary Channels
Authorize Gmail and Google Calendar. Within minutes, Sentigen begins processing your email history and building entity profiles for everyone you communicate with. Watch contacts appear in the CRM automatically - no manual entry required.
Check Your Vibe Feed
Open the Vibe Feed to see what Sentigen has already surfaced. Look for AI-detected tasks pulled from your email conversations, relationship health scores for your key contacts, and any follow-up recommendations. Connect Slack if your team uses it.
Explore the CRM
Navigate to the CRM and open a contact you've communicated with frequently. Review their relationship health score, communication cadence, and any key quotes or commitments Sentigen has extracted from your conversations. Check meeting intelligence if any meetings have been synced.
Document Your First SOP
Use the SOP writing guide to document your most repeated task - the one you do at least weekly. It doesn't need to be perfect. A rough SOP with 5-10 steps is enough to start Phase 1 of the ascension path. Focus on a task that has clear trigger → action → output structure.
Review AI Suggestions and Patterns
